This is a giant smoothie so grab a friend to share with or cut the recipe in half for 1 person! This smoothie has fat, carbs, protein and is full of nutrients. Even if you’re not a fan of greens in your smoothie, I promise you’ll still love this one! You won’t even taste the greens!!
This recipe is nutrient dense, Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) friendly, grain free, gluten free, dairy free, nut free, egg free, nightshade free, paleo, primal, Whole30 compliant, vegetarian/vegan option!

First and foremost, putting your own love, gratitude, time and energy into making foods at home will automatically raise the vibration of the foods/meal. Hidden Greens Smoothie
(gluten free & AIP/paleo)

1, 3.5 oz. pack of frozen, organic purred dragon fruit
1 gigantic handful of fresh spinach (or about 2 packed cups)
1 frozen banana (peeled)
1.5 cups of frozen strawberries
2 tbsp. coconut oil
2 scoops of Primal Kitchen collagen peptides, or another grass-fed collagen peptide (omit for vegan option!)
Filtered water (as much as you need to get the smoothie consistency you need!)
How to Create this Recipe:
If you’re using a high powered professional grade blender, like a Vitamix (which is what I use), then there’s no need to pre-chop anything! Just throw all the ingredients into your blender pitcher. If you’re using a ninja or other regular blender, you’ll need to really chop up your ingredients before blending to get a smooth consistency.
Add your water. This will depend on the consistency you want. For a smoothie texture add enough water to the pitcher (when it’s already full of ingredients) to get about half way full of water. For a juice consistency fill your blender pitcher almost full of water.
Blend your smoothie, starting from low speed and working your way to the highest speed, until all the ingredients are blended and smooth. You may need to use your tamper to get everything blended thoroughly.
If you do not have a high powered blender like a Vitamix, you will need to chop up all of the ingredients very well in order to get a smooth, blended consistency.
