This is my go to portable breakfast to get you fueled and ready for the day! It is also great as a detox drink. This, and the addition of my Butter Coffee in the morning, have me satiated and full of energy until lunch time.
This drink is my FAVORITE green "juice", as it tastes like the milk at the bottom of a (not so healthy) breakfast cereal. It brings me back to my childhood but in a MUCH healthier and nutritious way than actually having cereal and cows milk. I think you guys will LOVE this recipe! It can be thrown together in a pinch in the mornings.

Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: none Yield: 2 or 1 if using this as a post workout
2 big handful of organic greens, I like spinach in this one
1 cup filtered water
½ cup of 100% organic coconut water
1 scoop of vanilla bone broth protein powder
1 tbsp. coconut oil, cold pressed and organic
1 tbsp. almond butter
1.5 tsp. organic wheatgrass powder, I use Pines
½ tsp. vanilla extract (or sub for the vanilla or chocolate Nutrience multi vitamin pack)
Ice cubes, as little or as much as you like to get the desired thickness (with ice cubes, the consistency will be more like juice than a shake)
How to Create this Recipe:
Blend everything up in a high-powered blender, adjusting the amount of ice you use to achieve the desired thickness you'd like to achieve.
You'll notice a somewhat fibrous layer on top of the "juice", this is from the coconut oil and the fiber from the spinach, just stir to incorporate and drink away! It still tastes amazing!
