high-powered blender ( I use my Vitamix)
Whole Food Green Blender Juice
(gluten free & AIP/paleo)

1 huge handful of spinach
1 handful of baby kale
1 small handful of frozen peaches
1 small green banana
½ a green apple
2 tbsp. Cocoyo living coconut yogurt
water, enough to cover all the ingredients, plus more if needed to thin to juice consistency
How to Create this Recipe:
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.
Then, add your water. The amount will depend on the consistency you want. For a juice consistency fill your blender pitcher almost full of water.
Blend the juice, starting from low speed and working your way to the highest speed, until all the ingredients are blended, smooth, and liquified. You may need to use your tamper to get everything blended thoroughly! Blend until smooth and the consistency is that of juice.
If you do not have a high powered blender like a Vitamix, you will not be able to whole food juice in your blender.
