This weekend has been absolute amazing! Not only did I get to attend PaleoFX in Austin Texas and be surrounded by likeminded people, who felt like my tribe, but I was able to actually meet and connect with some of my mentors!

To @thepaleomom, it has changed my life to have met you! You have no idea how much you’ve helped me personally, but more importantly helped me help my clients find health and wellness. @ryanfisch my husband @garagegymglenn and I admire everything you’re doing and putting out there in the Crossfit work! Going to PaleoFX was life changing! Not only because I got to meet and connect with some of the most brilliant minds in Ancestral Health, Paleo, and Functional Medicine, but because of all the connections I made with likeminded individuals trying to help change the world, one individual at a time... just like me!

It was so exhilarating and overwhelming to be surrounded by so many people that felt very much like part of my tribe! I’m hooked now and will definitely be going to more conventions/expos like this in the future! I learned sooooo much and made so many connections... you just cannot put a price on that!!
A huge thank you to my husband, Glenn, who has stood by my side through all my years of schooling, been my biggest cheerleader, and always believed in me! We’ve worked hard for this, and you helped make a dream of mine come true last weekend! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!! I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for us!! 😍
