My Journey into Healing

My path to wellness began with my own struggles. For years, I battled health issues that left me exhausted and searching for answers. When I discovered the profound impact of nutrition, everything changed. Food became my medicine, my teacher, and my passion. As I healed my body, losing 40 pounds and reclaiming my energy, I knew I had found my calling. I went back to school, earning my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2016.

But life had more in store for me than I ever could have imagined.

A Mother’s Awakening

In 2018, I found out I was pregnant with my daughter, Luna, right as I was diving deep into my spiritual journey. I was learning to trust my intuition, strengthen my empathic gifts, and explore the world of energy medicine. Little did I know, this wisdom would become my lifeline.

When Luna was just three months old, she was diagnosed with a devastating, terminal brain condition. In that moment, my world cracked wide open. I refused to accept the limitations placed on her and sought every healing modality I could find. That’s when I discovered Reiki, a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice. It became our lifeline, our hope, our transformation. I trained to become an Advanced Reiki Master Teacher Practitioner, determined to help my daughter and others heal on an energetic level. And today, after years of love, resilience, and healing, Luna is thriving beyond all expectations.

My Passion for Science, Energy, and Healing

The thing is... I’m completely, passionately, and unapologetically in love with healing. I live at the intersection of science and energy, nutrition and intuition, research and soul wisdom. I’m a total science nerd, always diving into the latest studies, reading books, or listening to cutting-edge health podcasts. But my work isn’t just about knowledge, it’s about real, tangible transformation.

What started as a personal healing journey has evolved into something much bigger.

Birthing Visions, Building Legacy

As I grew in my own healing, I began supporting other women in theirs... helping them birth the visions that were stirring in their hearts. Over the years, I quietly mastered website design, digital creation, and online business strategy for myself and then others. And eventually, I realized: I wasn’t just helping women heal. I was helping them create.

Today, I blend my intuitive gifts and strategic know-how to guide soulful entrepreneurs through the process of bringing their offerings to life. As a Business Doula, I support women through the full creative cycle—conception, gestation, transition, birth, and postpartum—of their businesses, books, websites, courses, and digital creations. Through deep mentorship, co-creation, and practical support, I help bring ideas from the quantum into form.

This work lights me up just as much as the healing arts because it's all connected. Our sacred work is part of our healing.
