Garlicky Roasted Radishes
(gluten free & AIP/paleo)
Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 30-40 minutes Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:

1 bunch of rainbow radishes

1 tbsp. avocado oil
-
1/2 tbsp. garlic granules
-
sea salt to taste
How to Create this Recipe:

Pre-heat your oven to 400 °F.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Cut your radishes in half, place them in a bowl and then toss them with the avocado oil and garlic.

Add them to the cookie sheet, making sure none are touching or overlapping.

Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until fork tender and a bit golden. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt.
