This level of Reiki is all about the basics and learning foundational knowledge for self-treatments.
This is a full certification course that takes a minimum of 1 week to complete (but can be done at whatever pace feels right for you!) and includes TONS of written material (seriously, we dive into soooooo much awesome knowledge/material!), video guides, homework, quizzes, a final exam, recorded teachings, and your live attunement/placement ceremony to level 1 Reiki healing energy.
